• All orders shipping within the continental U.S.A. are shipped via USPS, 1st Class Mail, insured and with delivery confirmation for a flat rate of $7.00.
• Zazney bill or ship to international customers currently; as our business is constantly evolving this is a service we may offer in the future.
• We are not able to split ship to more than one address.
• Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Zazney items are all hand-made with the highest quality control and ship 3-4 weeks from purchase date based on stock availability.
• Orders may be expedited for an additional charge. Please contact us by filling out our convenient contact form.

Zazney Return Policy

Quality is our highest priority.

Our guarantee: We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for exchange within 90 days from original purchase date. We reserve the right to repair any defective item. Contact us within 10-14 days or receipt at: returns@zazney.com

We take care & extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent shipping damage. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please take the entire order (all contents & original packaging) to your local U.S. Postal Service immediately to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Please do not repack or mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.

Within 60 days of original purchase: Zazney will gladly accept returns of items you are not happy with, for a 20% restocking fee, so long as they are returned un-damaged and in their original packaging. Please email us at returns@zazney.com for authorization. Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

After 60 days of original purchase: All sales are final.

Authorized Returns: All authorized returns must be shipped using any traceable method within 7-10 days of authorization. Once we receive your package we will promptly exchange, repair or refund you.
